For orders of anomalous quantity or price, we will contact you to confirm and validate the purchase. If we cannot contact you within two business days, we will refund the purchase to your original payment source and retain the merchandise until you contact us to re-do the transaction.

E-mail cancellations must contain the following: Your first name, last name, Order ID, and e-mail address or phone number. This information must be identical to the information you originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions about canceling your order. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, provided your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. Please refer to the Refunds / Exchanges section for information about refunds in the event that a charge has already completed. If you request a cancellation (via e-mail or phone), and we still ship your order, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if you request cancellation after we ship the order, we will refund the merchandise cost less shipping. We appreciate your help by returning the canceled merchandise.

We must receive your refund request within 30 days of the original purchase.
Refunds will be issued upon our receipt of the returned merchandise.
We will contact you for more information in the case that you would like to exchange the returned merchandise. Please let us know whether this is your preference in your RMA request.
